6-12 Years

The primary school years of a child's life are so important to their development of healthy self esteem and social relationship skills. We want children to develop a strong sense of confidence and a growth mindset as they prepare for adolescence and high school. One Breath Relaxation

Relaxation tools and practices can helps us feel calm and re-energised and focused. 


This audio explores how you can learn how to feel more relaxed in as little as one breath any time you want to!

Anger Control Audio

We all feel angry sometimes and it's ok to feel angry. Little things or big things can help us feel angry. We just want to learn ways that we can let go of anger or change channels so that anger doesn't control us. 


Listen to this audio track to help find ways to make some space between your feelings of anger and your responses. This is a great way to 'change channels.'
